We welcome all UCD students who are interested in playing badminton. We do not hold try-outs as we welcome all skill levels. Practices are not mandatory. We supply feather birdies to all members. You can find us in the Upper Hickey Gym during the noted gym times on the side.

Everyone will have to fill out a waiver the first time they come to club. If you decide to join, you must Register Online with Sports Club and purchase the liability insurance which costs $10. The membership fee will be collected during practice and is $30 per quarter or $80 for the entire year. Drop-in fee is $5 which will go towards your membership fee. Therefore, 6 drop-ins grants you full membership for the quarter.

Aside from badminton practices, we host two big tournaments each year: the Fall Open and the Spring Open. We also compete against other schools throughout the school year. Members also enjoy gatherings such as potlucks, an annual ski trip, and random hangouts.
